Dry Verge Systems in Dublin
Cracked mortar verges replaced with interlocking dry verge caps that resist wind and frost.
The verge is the gable edge of the roof. Traditionally it is filled with mortar, which cracks, falls away in sections and leaves the ends of tiles and battens exposed to wind and rain.
Dry verge caps clip and screw over the tile ends, sealing the edge mechanically and removing the maintenance that mortar verges demand.
