Roofing service
Flat Roofing in Dublin, Kildare & Wicklow
New flat roofs and flat roof replacements on extensions, garages, dormers and porches.
Flat roofs fail at their details: upstands, outlets, drips and the fall of the deck. A flat roof laid without proper fall will pond, and ponding water finds every weakness in a membrane.
We correct falls with firrings where needed, renew rotten decking, and finish with a system suited to the roof - rubber membrane, fibreglass or high-performance felt.
What the work involves
Deck and fall put right
Soft or delaminated decking replaced and falls adjusted so water reaches the outlet instead of sitting in the middle.
Single-piece membranes
EPDM rubber can be laid in one sheet on most domestic roofs, which removes joins - the usual source of leaks.
Proper edge detailing
New trims, drips and upstands so wind cannot get under the edge and water cannot get behind it.
Insulation upgrades
Warm-roof build-ups available where the room below is habitable and heat loss is an issue.
